Welcome to Family Dream Villa, the exquisite 2021 constructed villa situated at Solterra resort, conveniently located near all the famous attractions of Orlando, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and Bush Gardens.
Our villa offers a captivating lake view, as it boasts an extended deck & pool area that backs onto a conservation area. Not only does this provide privacy, but it also grants you an abundance of sunshine and a breathtaking vista.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living area, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a convenient breakfast bar. Upstairs, a well-appointed loft area awaits, complete with a flat-screen TV and comfy sofas. Additionally, you'll discover a game room and uniquely themed bedrooms to enhance your stay.
Outside, immerse yourself in the outdoor highlights of our villa, such as the refreshing private screened swimming pool accompanied by a soothing spillover tub. Lounge on the sun loungers or indulge in a delightful alfresco dining experience at the table and chairs provided.

We have 2 living spaces one upstairs (the loft) and one downstairs.
Both contain comfortable seating and 65" SmartTV's so the whole family can sit together and stream your favorite shows on your favorite streaming services like netflix, disney plus and more.
We also have cable TV on both televisions too.
Suites
Our home has 4 Suites, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, all bedrooms include walk in wardrobe/closet.
Suite 1 has a en-suite with a shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet with an external door leading out to the pool/deck area.
Suite 2 has a shower/bathroom next door
Suite 3 has a en-suite shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
Suite 4 has a en-suite shower,2 sinks and a shower and toilet
Themed Rooms
We have 3 themed bedrooms that your children will adore, each room has a 32" SmartTV.
Minion Room - Our Minion room has a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with Minion themed bed covers, art work and curtains.
Mickey & Mini - 2 full beds with Mickey & Mini themed bed covers, wallpaper & curtains.
Princess - 2 twinbeds with custom wall art and custom made curtains.
Princess & Minion room are next door to the upstairs Bathroom
